Electrical & Plumbing, or any other wire or pipe, very easy. Simpley grove the block, (where ever) atleast 1"1/2 deep. A electrical chain saw works great. once the grove is there, push the wire in and foam over (check with local codes and inspectors like to see the wire before hand. Check out the photos.
