This is my own shop 2800sq feet.I worked in it for 3 years before I stuccoed it.

Yes thats my vw crew cab, I used for work at that time. the reason for the added height on the garage door opening? the size was changed when the structrure was all ready up, so we cut it and added the difference. If this was frame or block, this would be alot of work!

I did this structure, built it then grouted in one time, try that with foam block!
